S.D. airports receive $19.64M in federal grants

Seventeen South Dakota airports will receive a combined $19.64 million in grants from the Federal Aviation Administration’s Airport Improvement Program. Sioux Falls Regional Airport will use its $7.92 million share of the funds to expand and rehabilitate an apron, purchase a new aircraft deicing pad and increase aircraft parking capacity.
