S.C. Airport Forms 20-Year Plan for New Concourse

A new concourse forms part of a master plan spanning 20 years for Charleston International Airport in South Carolina, according to Charleston County Aviation Authority. The plan will be implemented in two phases, adding 11 gates in all as well as a 7,000-car garage.

Myrtle Beach International Airport Plans Terminal Expansion

Myrtle Beach International Airport is ramping up plans for a new terminal. The $22 million terminal expansion had been scheduled to begin in early 2020 but was delayed by COVID-19. The airport has 13 gates now, but airport officials hope to add up to five new gates.
