Shake Shack among 19 new or expanding dining locations at Indy’s airport. Here’s what is opening.

Construction will start next month on a refresh of Indianapolis International Airport’s dining options, with 19 distinct locations of new or expanded brands rolling out over the next three years.

The shuffle, which the airport authority made official Friday, will involve a mix of famous national chains and local brands such as Shake Shack’s first Indiana location and Carmel-based Bub’s Burgers. Longtime fixture Harry & Izzy’s is staying and will grow.
