Pittsburgh International Airport has secured an $18.7 million federal grant to help finance the construction of a fourth cargo building.
The U.S. Department of Transportation grant, announced Wednesday, will be used to build a 75,000-square-foot cargo processing facility and an adjacent surface parking lot.
Separately, the airport is expanding a taxiway and aircraft apron to accommodate the new cargo facility.
