$245 million project underway at the Memphis International Airport

A multi-year plan to modernize and expand the Memphis International Airport is moving along. The Concourse B project will widen corridors and create a larger boarding area, but it will also consolidate airline, retail and food operations. The $245 million project started in January 2019 and is expected to take two years to complete.

After more than 20 years, the Grove Regional Airport will soon be seeing some major capital improvements. The $3 million capital improvements, which will fund new LED lights and other runway improvements, will take about 3 years to complete. Both the FAA and the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission helped fund these new additions.

Runway project totaling $62M planned at Cheyenne airport

A $62 million repair project is in the works for the runways at Cheyenne Regional Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration will contribute $39.5 million for the project and Air National Guard $18 million. The airport and Wyoming Department of Transportation will contribute $4.5 million combined.
