Houston’s half-a-century old George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is getting a much-needed makeover soon. City officials—and U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttieg—came together this week to celebrate the announcement of a $40 million federal grant to modernize an aging IAH, which first saw flights take-off in 1969.
