Fayetteville Regional Airport hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for the unveiling of its new concourse, opening in November. Guests got a first look at Part 1 of the airport’s $20 million terminal renovations funded by federal and state grants and airport funds.
The overall project, including Phase 2, cost $46 million and is being funded by state and federal funds and user fees paid at the airport. None of the money is coming from city coffers.
