CLT closes doors, parking lot for airport lobby expansion. Here’s what is changing

Passengers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport will begin to see door and parking lot closures related to construction of the $600 million terminal lobby expansion, airport officials said.

The five-year lobby expansion is part of a larger, $2.5 billion to $3.1 billion capital investment project to accommodate passenger growth through 2035.
